On June 3, 2016, we were made aware of a message board posting on Yahoo! Finance recommending investors in "IFAN" contact our law firm regarding the value and/or status of our shares. The post is dated May 18, 2016.
Jonathan W. Evans & Associates has not investigated and is not aware of any issues with IFAN or any losses related to IFAN shares. We did not solicit, request, approve, or otherwise encourage the posting of the message by Yahoo! user "Milachung," any Yahoo! member, or any third-party. We reported the post under Yahoo!'s abuse system and requested it be removed.
