FINRA barred William "Bill" August Glaser for failing to cooperate into an investigation surrounding his termination from National Planning Corporation of St. Albans Rd, Missouri. According to Glaser's BrokerCheck report, National Planning Corporation discharged Glaser based on an arbitration claim's allegations that Glaser solicited a private placement away from the firm.
According to National Planning Corporation, Glaser admitted to personally making a similar private investment that was not previously disclosed to or approved by the firm.
The BrokerCheck file also indicates that Glaser is under investigation by the US Attorneys Office and FBI as a "subject of ongoing federal criminal investigation related to investments involving Paul Creager and his companies." Creager's primary real estate venture is "Everett Builders, LLC," whose accreditation was revoked by the Better Business Bureau after it received complaints and phone calls from customers in Kirkwood, MO alleging that Creager owes them tens of thousands of dollars and failed to built paid-for homes.
Creager, of St. Louis County, recently was indicted on two felony counts of wire fraud after purportedly soliciting $724,024 from two investors, including an infirm Navy veteran, who claims he invested in Creager through National Planning Corporation's Bill Glaser.
The BBB bulletin indicates that that Creager financed his purported fraudulent business activities with promissory notes.
According to several reviews and customer complaints on the BBB website, Everett Builders failed to "honor and complete the agree contract." Several customers claimed that the Fenton, MO-based Everett Builders' misconduct has proven financially damaging.
