I am writing this letter in regard to Attorney Jonathan Evans. I contacted Mr. Evans after finding him on the PIABA site. I explained to him how I had lost a lot (for me) of money in a bad investment. He felt I had a reasonable chance of getting some of the losses back, because the investment appeared to be the result of poor professional advice. He explained clearly how the process would work and all the ramifications. So we went ahead and filed a suit against the brokerage. After 16 months, we had a mediation conference which was not fruitful, but a few weeks before the FINRA hearing we received an offer which we accepted.
